Zeebs
Zeebs is a Brooklyn-based, multifaceted visual artist with a current focus on large format mixed-media paintings and collage. Coming from a design and photography background, he studied at Ramapo College of New Jersey, and the School of Visual Arts in New York City.
Zeebs’s recent portraiture work has evolved from small, dark collages to multi-layered, deconstructed representations of his subjects. His latest series touches on mental health, addiction, duality, bliss, loss and strength through the embodiment of multiples of female power figures and the philosophy of the seven hermetic principles.
